This retreat is an invitation to reconnect with our wise perceptual systems—sight, sound, taste, touch, smell, and the powerful, often overlooked, internal senses. We can’t think of a better place than Southern Italy in early June. From the scent of ancient olive groves to the azure waters of the Adriatic to the mosaics of the 11th-century Otranto Cathedral, this retreat is designed to immerse us into the vibrant, healing delights of the Salento region.
